Everything was simply amazing. We were in Charlotte for 3 days, had fairly nice stay, the hotel was fairly clean with marvellous and convenient location to SouthPark mall. The breakfast was incredible, the check in was easy.

The location here is awesome - it's close to a golf course, great restaurants, and even movie theaters. Everything was top-notch, definitely planning to choose this place again next time! 🌟

The room I booked had recently been renovated with comfortable queen beds and a luxurious spa-like bathroom, and the location was fantastic with friendly staff at the bar and restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the newly renovated room. It was equipped with central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV. The beds with down pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a wonderful and beautiful location, close to the restaurant and the real Ballantyne on the other side of the resort.

The rooms are lovely, and the bed was so comfortable that I looked forward to getting into it every night. The pillows were like sleeping on clouds, and I had the best night's sleep in ages. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, from promptly bringing me utensils and napkins when room service forgot to include them, to catering to my nut allergy and providing me with a freshly baked cookie and personalized dessert. The spa was a luxurious sanctuary, and the lavender massage was one of the best I've ever had. The fitness center had everything I needed for my workout and was open 24 hours, which was convenient. I also appreciated the hotel's focus on confidentiality, as they treated every guest with the same level of respect and made every effort to make us feel special. my stay at this luxury hotel was amazing, and I highly recommend it to others.
